Shanahan Home Design, LLC can build your new home.  By working with our clients through the design of their new home, we establish a relationship that helps us build a great home.  We get a true understanding of what our clients are looking for in their new home.  In addition, we have associated ourselves with a great group of contractors that have the same commitment to doing the job right.  If you own your lot, our fees are based on only the construction costs for the home.  If SHD has to obtain the construction loan and purchase the lot, we base our fee on construction costs and lot costs.
